  How ZBL Works

Balls are injected behind an inlet W Filter through taps engineered to create an optimal disbursement pattern for full coverage of  the tube sheet.

Balls circulate through the condenser tubes, where they mechanically remove fouling debris, and then are collected at the condenser outlet by the World’s only specially designed “Zero Loss” Ball Strainer.

•  The balls are then extracted by a specially engineered scoop and ball pump designed to prevent ball erosion or damage.

•  Finally, the sponge balls are sent through Beaudrey’s Ball Extraction System, where the balls are separated from the cooling water stream, counted, sorted and either re-injected to repeat the process or collected in preparation for system shut down.
