Ball Loss (Beaudrey ZBLTM),
Conventional Description: Rubber sponge balls are injected into circulating water (CW) flow at the inlet of a heat exchanger. The sponge balls are circulated through the heat exchanger tubes, where they mechanically remove fouling debris and scale that builds up on the tube surfaces. Sponge balls are then collected at the condenser outlet by a ball strainer and re-injected at the inlet to continuously maintain the cleaning process. Beaudrey's tube cleaning systems are designed for automatic and continuous operation and permanently eliminate the need for costly plant shut downs to conduct manual condenser cleaning and/or hydro-lancing. Zero Ball Loss (ZBL) vs. Conventional Designs: Beaudrey was the first company to introduce a Zero Ball Loss design for sponge ball cleaning systems. Unlike grid strainer designs that can lose thousands of balls to the environment, Beaudrey's ZBLTM tube cleaning system offers no path for ball escape. Beaudrey is the only company to offer a Zero Ball Loss guarantee for online condenser cleaning systems. Beaudrey SystemAdvantages: Materials of Construction:
