Applications: Intake screening structures in environmentally sensitive regions and//or for cooling water applications subject to EPA 316b fish mortality reduction requirements.

Description: Beaudrey's FPSTM uses a patented and proprietary approach to safely remove fish and other marine life from intake screens.  All Beaudrey intake screen models (traveling screens, drum screens, and W Intake Protection Screens) can be equipped with FPSTM.  Beaudrey FPSTM proudly and exclusively features the renown Hidrostal® fish safe pump and Beaudrey's patented NoCling fish friendly screen elements.

Performance: Screens equipped with Beaudrey FPSTM will meet and/or exceed the 316b fish impingement criteria of 80 to 95% mortality reduction in almost all cases. System operational tests have demonstrated mean survival rates in excess of 90% across a range of fish species.
